My love for candle

Two weeks back, the weather crazily hot. On the top of the air condition machine was disconnected due to the remodeling works, (still it is disconnected, at the time writing this post). To get rid of the heat, we went to the local mall. I din’t have anything to buy. We bought iced coffee and sat back on a cozy couch in the mall. However, going to a mall, and coming back in empty hand is little bit wired , correct? Although, I do that often, rather I go to the mall very rare. On the top of that, Bath and Body Works was giving a crazy sale on candles. I love the sweet aromas of the candle, and also the coziness. After buying candles from various shops now I always buy candles from this very store.

While passing in front of the store, I noticed about the sale. Though I had been hesitating first, but, Mr. Man encouraged me to but. So, I just couldn’t resist myself, and I came out with six candles.

I always buy very specific scented candle. I don’t like aroma of pumpkin spice, or vanilla cupcake, rather I don’t like the smell of the food items. So, I always face a little difficulty in buying candles.

Here is the candles I bought on that day, and hopefully I will last more that one year. Though, I know I will definitely buy more candles in the mean time.

I like vanilla candles, and other light scented candles. I have a lot now and don't more I use what I have. I wind finding something to bring home though in the fall. Our weather is cooling down and rain starts late Sunday and into mid week. We need it to put out the fires and quench the dry land. Hope you're getting cooler weather and rain too. Have a good weekend.

I can spend ages smelling candles in shops! Six candles, loving their names! Just a shame we can't enjoy their scents over the internet.
Have a fabulous weekend :)

I love candles, too. I do like one from there that they sell int he winter..I think it is clove something -but you probably wouldn't like it because it smells like the spice...It really warms up our cold winter days though. I do like their candles better than any others I buy. Hope your AC get hooked back up soon. We sure won't need ours much longer with cool weather on the front. xo Diana

A girl can't have too many candles! Love your choices.
Hoping your air conditioner is returned to the operating mode, or that the weather starts behaving!

I only light candles when the power supply is cut off! I do like aromatic candles that give out a light scent, I do not like overpowering scent.

I love bath and body works candles! Since I'm not to fond of pumpkin or pumkin scents I can't wait until I start seeing the Winter candles! Lovely haul!

I love candle especially unique looking candles. The West Ladies have a DVD called The Art of Candle Making. They make it look so easy but I'm sure I would fail.

I don't like candles that smell like food either! I buy essential oils and heat them in a little diffuser instead of candles as I like the scents better. Have you ever tried them?

I love them too. Right now I'm looking for a peppermint candle for Christmas.
