Chicken fry

Ingredients:Boneless chicken breast

2 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp dry cilantro

1tsp dry oregano

Salt to taste

bread crumb

2 tbsp of oil




Method:
Thinly slice the chicken breast. Marinate the chicken slices with salt and ginger paste for 2 hours. (As long as you marinate, as little time it would take to be soft.) Add tomato sauce, cilantro, oregano in the marinated chicken well. Take bread crumb on flat bowl or on a dish, and coat each slice of chicken well. Keep them aside. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a frying pan, under medium heat. Fry the chicken slices cover the pan until both sides are brown. Serve hot with salad and tomato sauce.
