Rice noodles and Garlic Chicken

Yesterday I was in the mood cook something. I asked my man what I would cook for dinner. Rice noodles or pasta? He wanted to have rice noodles. Anyway, I had Thai yellow curry paste in fridge. Unlike last time I used vegetable instead of prawn.
Garlic, beans, and mushroom

Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. chopped green beans
2 tbsp. chopped mushroom
3-4 cloves of garlic
Pinch of red chili powder
1 tbsp. heaped yellow curry paste
1 tbsp. coconut powder (fresh coconut will be better)
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp. and 1 tsp. of oil
½ cup water
Salt to taste
Rice noodles for 2
Curry paste

Method:
Boil the noodles according to the direction on the packet. Put the boiled noodles in a bowl and mix 1 tsp. oil in it, so that the noodles won’t stick with each other. In the mean time make paste of coconut, milk and curry paste. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil, and sauté garlic and vegetable together. If you need, add a little bit water in it to cook the vegetables. Add the curry paste and ½ cup water. Bring it into boil. Add salt and red chili powder. Add the rice noodles. Boil for 2-3 minutes and put off the oven.
